How It Works

Raters Complete the Survey
Each rater receives a confidential survey link and completes a 30-question assessment at their own pace within 7 days.
We Analyze the Results
Our coaches compile and analyze the data, identifying your key strengths, blind spots, and development opportunities.
Debrief & Action Plan
You receive a detailed report and a 60-minute debrief session with a certified UMCG coach to build your growth plan.
