Sandra Jones is the founder of Upward Mobility Consulting Group and creator of the Leadership Doula Approach. Holding a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership with a Concentration in Leadership Coaching — also from Regent University — Sandra combines rigorous academic grounding with 20+ years of real-world leadership experience. She specializes in leadership mentoring, executive presence, and spiritual coaching, guiding professionals to rise with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
